First Funnel Live πŸš€

DAY 1 β€” CHOOSE YOUR FUNNEL GOAL

Before you build a single page, decide what this funnel is supposed to accomplish. Today you are not designing anything. You are choosing a direction.

A website can have many purposes. Your first funnel should have one primary job.

Start with the destination, not the page builder

Opening a template before you know the goal is one of the fastest ways to end up with a collection of pages instead of a funnel.

By the end of Day 1, you should be able to say who this funnel is for, what you want it to accomplish, and the ONE action you want a visitor to take.

  • One audience

  • One primary funnel goal

  • One clear visitor action

  • One logical next step

Which job should your first funnel do?

Open the option that best matches what you want to accomplish. Do not choose the funnel that sounds most impressive. Choose the one that matches your business right now.

A β€” Generate Leads

Goal: Turn visitors into leads you can follow up with.

Best for lead magnets, free guides, checklists, webinars, challenges and email-list building.

Simple path: Traffic β†’ Opt-in Page β†’ Thank-you Page β†’ Delivery/Welcome Email.

Primary CTA examples: Get the free guide, Download now, Register free, Join the challenge.

B β€” Sell a Product

Goal: Turn visitors into buyers.

Best for digital products, courses, templates, ebooks, toolkits and other self-serve offers.

Simple path: Traffic β†’ Sales Page β†’ Checkout β†’ Thank-you Page β†’ Follow-up.

Primary CTA examples: Buy now, Get instant access, Start today.

C β€” Book Calls or Sell a Service

Goal: Turn qualified visitors into booked conversations or applications.

Best for coaches, consultants, agencies, freelancers and higher-ticket services.

Simple path: Traffic β†’ Service/Application Page β†’ Application β†’ Booking Page β†’ Confirmation.

Important: If your service is high-ticket, qualification before the calendar can protect your time.

D β€” Promote an Affiliate Offer

Goal: Build enough context and trust to send qualified prospects to somebody else’s offer.

Simple path: Traffic β†’ Bridge/Review Page β†’ Lead Capture β†’ Affiliate Offer.

Whenever the program allows it, capturing the lead first gives you an audience you can continue helping instead of sending all your traffic away permanently.

E β€” Grow an Audience or Newsletter

Goal: Turn temporary attention into an audience you can reach again.

Best for newsletters, creators, educational brands and businesses built around ongoing content.

Simple path: Content/Traffic β†’ Opt-in Page β†’ Welcome Email β†’ Ongoing Emails.

Your promise may be recurring value rather than a single downloadable lead magnet.

F β€” Sell a Membership or Community

Goal: Turn visitors into recurring members.

Best for memberships, communities, subscriptions and recurring coaching.

Simple path: Traffic β†’ Sales Page β†’ Checkout β†’ Member Access β†’ Onboarding.

For recurring revenue, the journey after the sale matters just as much as the checkout.

Still not sure? Use this shortcut.

Already have a self-serve product? Start with a Sales Funnel.

Sell a higher-ticket service? Start with an Application or Booking Funnel.

Promoting somebody else’s product? Start with an Affiliate Bridge Funnel.

Main goal is building your email audience? Start with Lead Generation or a Newsletter Funnel.

No offer yet? Build a lead-generation funnel while you develop one β€” or use the Ignite shortcut below.

No offer yet? You still have a direction.

You have two sensible options. Build a simple lead-generation funnel while you develop your own offer, or start with a ready-made system instead of inventing everything from scratch.

The Wealth Stack Ignite System gives you a ready-made funnel/business system you can implement, customize and resell with PLR and WhiteLabel rights.

Your Day 1 Funnel Goal Worksheet

Before moving on, answer these six questions in your notes or business planner.

1. Who is this funnel for?
Write one specific audience. Avoid β€œeveryone.”

2. What do I want this funnel to accomplish?
Choose one: Generate leads, Sell a product, Book calls, Promote an affiliate offer, Grow an audience, or Sell a membership.

3. What does my visitor want when they arrive?
Describe the immediate problem, desire or outcome that made them pay attention. Use their language, not marketing jargon.

4. What is the ONE action I want them to take?
Examples: enter an email address, buy the product, complete an application, book a call, or join the membership.

If you cannot answer #4 in one clear sentence, your funnel goal is still too broad.

5. What happens immediately after that action?
Define the next logical step: receive the resource, see the thank-you page, complete checkout, choose a call time, access the membership, or continue to the recommended offer.

6. Which funnel type am I building?
Write your final choice: Lead Generation, Sales, Application/Booking, Affiliate Bridge, Newsletter, or Membership Funnel.

Your Day 1 Win

You now know what your funnel is supposed to do, who it is for, and what action the visitor should take next.

Do not open the page builder until you can answer those three things clearly.

Once you can, Day 1 is complete. Next, we turn that direction into an offer your funnel can actually lead people toward.
