If you already own a domain, you'll connect it to your GetWealthStack account. If you don't own one yet, you'll need to register a suitable domain with a domain registrar before continuing.
Don't worry if DNS settings sound technical. Follow the instructions in your dashboard and at your domain provider. The important thing is to make the required changes accurately.

Have These Things Ready
A Domain Name
Choose a domain that fits your business or brand. Ideally, keep it short, easy to spell, and easy to remember.
Access to Your Domain Provider
Make sure you can log in to the company where your domain is registered. You'll need access to its DNS or domain management settings.
Access to GetWealthStack
Keep your dashboard open so you can add your domain and view the specific DNS records required for your account.
Already have a domain? Great β you generally don't need to buy another one. Use the domain you own, provided it fits your business and you're able to manage its DNS settings.
How to Connect Your Domain
Open Your GetWealthStack Dashboard
Log in to your account and locate the domain or custom-domain settings. The exact menu labels may vary depending on the current interface.
Add Your Custom Domain
Enter the domain you want to use, following the format requested by the platform. Carefully check the spelling before proceeding.
Review the Required DNS Records
GetWealthStack will provide the DNS information needed for your domain connection. This may include records such as CNAME or A records, depending on the configuration. Use the exact values shown in your dashboard.
Open Your Domain Provider's DNS Settings
Sign in to your domain registrar or DNS hosting provider. Find the DNS management area for the domain you're connecting.
Add or Update the Required Records
Enter the DNS records exactly as provided by GetWealthStack. Check the record type, host or name, value or target, and any other fields requested by your provider.
Save and Verify Your Domain
Save your DNS changes, then return to GetWealthStack and use the available verification option. Follow any additional instructions shown on screen.
Why Your Domain Might Not Connect Immediately
DNS changes can take time to become visible across the internet. Your domain provider and GetWealthStack may not show the updated status immediately.
β³ Give DNS Changes Time to Propagate
Depending on the records and your provider, updates may take minutes or longer β in some cases up to 24β48 hours. If verification doesn't work immediately, double-check the records and try again later.
β οΈ Don't Delete Records Without Checking
Existing DNS records may support your website, professional email, or other services. Don't remove records you don't understand. Follow the platform's instructions and your provider's guidance before changing existing settings.
π Keep Your Email in Mind
If your domain already handles business email, take care not to accidentally disrupt its mail-related DNS records. We'll cover professional email in the next step.
What Counts as Progress?
Ideally, your domain is added, the requested DNS records are in place, and GetWealthStack confirms the connection.
If you've made the DNS changes but verification is still pending, you've already made progress. Keep a note of anything outstanding and continue with the onboarding rather than waiting unnecessarily.
Remember: use only the DNS values displayed for your own domain in your account. DNS settings are provider-specific, so there isn't one universal record that works for everyone.
