Please read this section carefully before subscribing. It explains what the VIP Management Concierge includes — and, just as importantly, what it does not include.
```The VIP Management Concierge is an ongoing service designed to help keep your funnel and its supporting systems functional, maintained and continuously improved.
The service combines technical management, troubleshooting, monitoring and reasonable small improvements within the existing structure of your funnel.
The purpose of this service is to manage and improve your existing funnel — not to continuously rebuild it.
Examples include adjusting existing sections, changing buttons, correcting copy, improving layout, fixing small UX issues, updating links, adjusting forms or making other reasonable modifications to an existing page or funnel.
Complete website rebuilds, major redesigns, new funnels, extensive page creation, custom software development, large automation projects or substantial structural changes are outside the normal monthly scope.
If a requested change falls substantially outside the normal scope of the VIP Management Concierge, we will let you know before beginning the additional work.
Larger projects can be handled separately through a custom project, one-time fee or separate quotation.
This may include a complete funnel rebuild, extensive redesign, creation of multiple new pages, complex integrations, large-scale automation work, custom coding or other substantial development.
Your VIP Management Concierge also provides access to GetWealthStack Tech Rescue for technical problems affecting your funnel.
Tech Rescue means that when something goes wrong, we can investigate the issue and work toward restoring normal functionality.
A technical emergency does not automatically turn into an unlimited development request. If resolving an issue requires substantial rebuilding, third-party development, extensive custom coding or a major restructuring of your funnel, the work may fall outside the included scope and may require a separate quotation.
Issues are prioritized according to their impact on the operation of your funnel. Response times are targets and do not constitute a guarantee that an issue will be resolved within the same period.
GetWealthStack does not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, sales, conversion rates, advertising performance, customer acquisition, return on investment or any other specific business result. Funnel performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, market, traffic, audience, advertising, sales process, content, competition and customer behavior.
Our responsibility is to help keep the technical infrastructure functioning correctly and to identify and implement reasonable improvements within the agreed scope.
VIP Management Concierge does not automatically include paid advertising management, social media management, content creation, SEO campaigns, outbound prospecting, sales calls or other forms of traffic generation.
These services may be discussed separately where available.
Your funnel may depend on third-party platforms and services such as Systeme.io, payment processors, domain providers, email services, analytics platforms, APIs and external integrations.
We can assist with issues involving these systems where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee the availability, performance, security or functionality of services operated by third parties.
GetWealthStack provides technical and operational assistance. Decisions regarding your pricing, products, claims, advertising, business model, legal compliance, financial decisions and marketing strategy remain your responsibility.
