You’ve spent hours crafting the perfect email, only to find out it landed in your subscribers' spam folders. We get it, it’s incredibly frustrating.
Internet Service Providers (like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook) use strict rules to protect their users from spam. By following the steps below, you prove to them that your GetWealthStack account is a legitimate, trustworthy sender, ensuring your emails land directly in the primary inbox.
To complete the most important steps of this guide, you will need:
A registered custom domain (e.g., yourname.com).
An active website linked to that domain (Email providers may block your emails if your domain leads to an empty or 404 error page).
A professional email address linked to that domain (e.g., hello@yourname.com). Never use free email providers like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com to send marketing emails.
Login access to your domain host (like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Cloudflare) to edit your DNS settings.
This is the most crucial technical step. Authentication is mandatory to send emails from GetWealthStack. When you send an email, receiving servers want to verify that it actually came from you by checking your domain's "Digital ID" (CNAME records).
Log in to your GetWealthStack dashboard.
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select Settings.
In the left-hand sidebar, click on Mailing Settings
Go to the Domains section, and click the link labeled Set up domain authentication (or Click here to authenticate your domain).
A popup will appear. Enter your domain name without the "www" (for example: yourdomain.com).
Click Save. GetWealthStack will generate three CNAME records.
Open a new tab, log in to your domain provider's DNS settings, and add these exact CNAME records.
[📸 Screenshot-instruction:] Capture the popup screen in GetWealthStack that displays the generated CNAME records, ready to be copied.
Note: Once added to your DNS, a green checkmark will appear next to the records in GetWealthStack when the authentication is successful.
Once your domain is authenticated, you need to tell GetWealthStack which specific email address to send from.
Stay on the Mailing Settings page.
Ensure your "Sender Email Address" is set to the professional email linked to your authenticated domain (e.g., info@yourdomain.com).
If requested, click to confirm the sender address. An automated email will be sent to your inbox to verify you own this address.

If you have a brand new domain or just migrated to GetWealthStack, do not send an email to 10,000 people on day one.
Start by sending emails to a small, highly engaged segment of your list (e.g., contacts who clicked a link in the last 30 days).
Gradually increase the volume of emails sent each day. This trains email providers to recognize and trust your new sending behavior.
Sending emails to people who never open them damages your sender reputation. If your overall open rate drops below 10%, providers like Gmail will start filtering you out.
Go to your Contacts tab in GetWealthStack.
Every 3 months, use the filters to find subscribers who haven't opened an email from you in the last 3 to 6 months.
Remove or unsubscribe these inactive contacts from your active sending list. Aim to keep your average open rate above 20%.
Spam filters scan your subject line and email copy for suspicious formatting and words.
Never buy contact lists: Only send emails to people who explicitly opted in. (Bonus tip: Enable Double Opt-in on your funnel pages to ensure high-quality leads).
Avoid ALL CAPS: Shouting at your subscribers is a massive red flag.
Limit punctuation: Do not use excessive exclamation or question marks (like "!!!" or "???").
Avoid trigger words: Remove words like Free Money, 100% Guaranteed, Fast Cash, or Click Here from your subject lines.
