2. Scope of Products and Services

GetWealthStack provides or facilitates access to software, digital resources, templates, training, website and funnel development, technical support, troubleshooting, audits, and ongoing technical management.

The exact deliverables, fees, timelines, revisions, support arrangements, and exclusions are governed by the applicable offer, order confirmation, written agreement, project brief, or SLA.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, our services do not include unlimited revisions, unlimited support, complete website rebuilds, continuous monitoring, or responsibility for your overall business performance. Additional work may require a separate quotation.

3. Website and Funnel Development

We aim to deliver professional websites, landing pages, funnels, and technical implementations within the agreed scope. However, we do not guarantee specific conversion rates, sales, rankings, traffic, advertising approvals, email deliverability, loading speeds, or compatibility with every device or third-party system.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate content, confirming their rights to supplied materials, reviewing deliverables, approving relevant decisions, and testing important user journeys. Corrections and post-delivery support remain subject to the agreement and applicable law.

4. VIP Tech Concierge

VIP Tech Concierge provides technical assistance within the purchased plan or separately agreed scope. Support may include troubleshooting, minor fixes, configuration, and implementation assistance.

• Major redesigns and complete rebuilds are not automatically included.
• Response targets are not guaranteed resolution deadlines.
• Emergency and after-hours support is excluded unless agreed.
• Third-party issues may require additional investigation or paid work.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate issues, but we cannot guarantee that every problem can be resolved.

5. Funnel Management Concierge

Funnel Management Concierge covers only the technical management, maintenance, troubleshooting, minor improvements, and other activities expressly included in the applicable service agreement or SLA.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the service does not include complete rebuilds, unlimited copywriting, advertising management, substantial new development, or guaranteed conversion improvements, leads, sales, revenue, profit, or ROI.

Recommendations are suggestions, not promises of improved performance. The applicable SLA governs service-specific response targets, exclusions, and support arrangements.

6. Tech Rescue and Audits

Technical Rescue, funnel audits, and troubleshooting aim to investigate or address defined issues. The cause and complexity of an issue may not be apparent before work begins.

We cannot guarantee that every issue can be identified, repaired, or prevented from recurring. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation and approval.

Customers should maintain appropriate backups and ensure that they have the necessary account access and permissions.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Software

Our services may rely on Systeme.io, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, advertising networks, domain registrars, and other external services.

We do not control independent third-party providers and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, policies, integrations, security, account decisions, or continued functionality.

Customers remain responsible for applicable third-party terms, subscriptions, permissions, and fees. Nothing in this section excludes liability that applicable law requires us to retain.

8. Software Availability and Changes

Online services may experience interruptions, maintenance, technical errors, delays, or changes. Features, usage limits, integrations, and account capacity may depend on the applicable plan and the underlying provider's current offering.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely. Contractual commitments and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

9. Digital Products and Educational Resources

Templates, courses, AI prompts, checklists, and other digital resources are provided for educational and implementation purposes. Unless stated in the applicable offer, a purchase does not include personalized implementation, ongoing support, customization, or future updates.

License rights, intellectual property, redistribution, and resale permissions are governed by the applicable product license and purchase terms. No additional commercial or resale rights are granted unless expressly stated.

10. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content and automated recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, editing, and verifying outputs before using or publishing them.

AI-generated materials should not be assumed to be legally compliant, factually correct, original, exclusive, or free from third-party intellectual property claims.

11. No Professional Advice

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written engagement, GetWealthStack does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

12. Marketing and Advertising

We do not guarantee advertising approval, email inbox placement, domain reputation, traffic quality, or campaign performance. External platforms may change policies, restrict accounts, or suspend services.

Customers are responsible for the legality of their marketing, advertising claims, consent practices, email campaigns, tracking, and use of customer data.

13. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
• Maintain control of accounts and authorize appropriate access.
• Ensure that supplied content and materials may lawfully be used.
• Review deliverables and approve important business decisions.
• Maintain suitable backups and safeguard credentials.
• Pay required third-party fees and agreed costs.
• Comply with applicable law and platform policies.

Incomplete information, unavailable access, delayed approvals, or customer-controlled systems may affect delivery, timelines, and costs.

14. Data, Content, and Backups

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and suitability of content they provide or publish through their own accounts.

We cannot guarantee that data loss, corruption, unauthorized changes, or service interruptions will never occur. Relevant privacy obligations and any applicable data processing agreement remain in effect.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable offer, purchase terms, Refund Policy, service agreement, and mandatory law. A change of mind, non-use, or failure to achieve a desired business result does not automatically create an entitlement to a voluntary refund.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or restricts a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, price reduction, termination, or other remedy that a customer is legally entitled to receive.

Statutory withdrawal rights, applicable exceptions for certain digital content or services, and subscription cancellation requirements must be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetWealthStack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, software access, or services.

To the extent legally permitted, excluded losses may include lost profits, revenue, sales, leads, business opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings, business interruption, data loss, replacement service costs, and losses resulting from independent third-party outages, restrictions, or changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a particular paid service engagement will not exceed the fees actually paid to GetWealthStack for that service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For a one-time purchase without an ongoing service engagement, the applicable cap will be the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including applicable mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, business customers are responsible for claims and reasonable legal costs arising from their own unlawful activities, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized use of our services, or breach of applicable contractual obligations.

This provision does not automatically make customers responsible for claims caused by GetWealthStack's own wrongdoing or override mandatory legal protections.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, GetWealthStack retains its rights in its original branding, website content, proprietary materials, and service documentation. Third-party software, trademarks, and other assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Purchasing a product or service grants only the rights expressly provided in the applicable agreement or license.

19. External Links and Affiliate Relationships

Our website or communications may contain third-party links. Some may be affiliate links through which GetWealthStack receives compensation for qualifying purchases, where applicable.

We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their independent content, policies, security, pricing, or performance. Review third-party terms before using their services.

20. Security and Unauthorized Access

We take reasonable precautions appropriate to our role and the services provided, but no online system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers should use strong passwords, appropriate security measures, limited account permissions, and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity. Applicable legal and contractual security obligations remain unaffected.

21. Service Interruptions and Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including major infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, armed conflict, or independent third-party outages.

This does not remove mandatory consumer rights or excuse obligations that remain legally enforceable.
