GetWealthStack acts solely as the "Data Processor," meaning we only store and process this data on your behalf and according to your instructions. You are responsible for legally obtaining consent from your leads.

Usage Data: We automatically collect technical information when you navigate the platform, including IP addresses, browser types, and interaction metrics to optimize platform stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected data to:

-Provide, maintain, and upgrade the technical infrastructure of GetWealthStack.

-Process secure subscription transactions and handle billing cycles via Stripe/PayPal.

-Deliver live chat support, helpdesk notifications, and customer service via tawk.to.

-Prevent fraudulent actions, spamming campaigns, and violations of our Terms of Service.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with verified enterprise third-party services necessary to execute platform operations:
