GetWealthStack Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GetWealthStack. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GetWealthStack ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our software, training, and services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
2. Subscription Fees and Payment
Payment: Access to GetWealthStack is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to provide a valid payment method (Stripe/Credit Card). You authorize GetWealthStack to charge your payment method for all recurring fees until the subscription is terminated.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance.
3. Strict No-Refund & No-Proration Policy
GetWealthStack operates on a clear "Commitment Basis."
No Mid-Period Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any unused time within a billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a month (for monthly plans) or in the middle of a year (for annual plans), you will retain access to the Platform until the end of that specific billing period.
No Refunds for Unused Accounts: Fees are charged for the access to the Platform, not for the usage. Failure to use your account does not entitle you to a refund.
Final Sales: All sales of digital products, eBooks, and one-time training fees are final and non-refundable.
4. Term and Cancellation
Term: This agreement remains in effect as long as you have an active subscription or access to the Platform.
Cancellation by User: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. To avoid the next billing cycle's charges, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the paid term. After that, your access will be terminated, and your data may be permanently deleted.
5. Prohibited Use & Anti-Spam Policy (The "Zero Tolerance" Rule)
We protect the integrity of our servers and our brand. You are strictly prohibited from:
Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails to individuals who have not opted-in. You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL.
Unethical Promotion: "Link-spitting" or spamming your GetWealthStack links in social media groups, forums, or comments where it is not permitted.
Scraping: Using automated tools to scrape data or email addresses.
Illegal Content: Hosting any content related to fraud, malware, hate speech, or illegal activities.
Consequence: Violation of this section results in immediate account termination without notice and total forfeiture of all fees paid.
6. GetWealthStack Partner (Affiliate) Program
As a Partner, you are an independent contractor, not an employee.
Ethical Marketing: You must use the "Earnings Disclaimer" provided by GetWealthStack on all promotional pages.
Commission: 50% commissions are paid only on successful, cleared payments. We reserve the right to claw back commissions if a customer's payment is disputed or charged back.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any Partner account for deceptive marketing or for bringing disrepute to the GetWealthStack brand.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Property: We own all rights to the software code, original templates, and training materials. You are granted a non-transferable license to use these tools.
Your Property: You own the data, leads, and content you create. However, GetWealthStack is not responsible for any data loss. We strongly recommend regular backups of your own leads and funnel structures.
Done-For-You (DFY) Services Scope & Limitations
Scope of Work: The "Done-For-You" (DFY) setup service for the Unbox Wealth Funnel is strictly limited to the fundamental technical configuration required to get the system operational. This exclusively includes importing the funnel into your GetWealthStack account, connecting your provided custom domain, integrating your payment processor, and importing the standard pre-written email sequence.
Exclusions: To maintain efficient delivery, this service does strictly not include custom branding, graphic design, logo creation, custom copywriting, funnel structural changes, or ongoing technical management. The funnel and corresponding assets are delivered and set up "as is" using the standard Unbox Wealth templates.
Account Tier Limitations & Upgrade Advisory: The Unbox Wealth Funnel relies on automation and email capabilities to function properly. If your GetWealthStack account is currently on a "Freemium" or free tier, the system's performance, automations, and overall functionality may be severely restricted or fail to operate optimally due to inherent platform limitations. We do not guarantee optimal performance on free tiers. To ensure the system operates at its full capacity as intended, we strongly advise upgrading your GetWealthStack account to a premium paid tier, such as the Ignite or The Machine plan, prior to requesting the DFY setup.
8. Enterprise Infrastructure and Limitation of Liability
System Architecture: GetWealthStack is built upon a premium, multi-million dollar enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure framework, utilizing the same high-velocity, scalable architecture designs relied upon by global streaming and tech giants such as Netflix. This setup ensures maximum backend durability, bank-grade encryption, and optimized uptime for your business assets.
Limitation of Liability: While we leverage this massive enterprise infrastructure to provide a highly stable ecosystem (targeting 99.9% uptime), you acknowledge that no cloud network is entirely infallible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetWealthStack and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, lead data, or business reputation, resulting from temporary server anomalies, third-party network disruptions, or platform maintenance. You build and host your business operations on this Platform at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
